About Us

The Research Center for Brain Communication (BrainCom) was established at the Research Institute of Kochi University of Technology in 2012 as an interdisciplinary research center for the promotion of basic neuroscience research of human brains, as well as the development of new technologies for human communications inspired by the integrations of neuroscience, information and communication technology (ICT), and artificial intelligence (AI).

What's New

Dr Akinori Takeda was awarded for his presentation at the 26th Congress of Japan Human Brain Mapping Society.

Dr. Ruimin Wang, who had been with us for three and a half years, has been appointed as an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Science and Engineering, Saga University.

Dr. Wang presented her research at the 7th Japanese Meeting for Human Brain Mapping and received an award.
